Registration for diplomatic employment is opened through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website. After completing this step, if you meet the conditions, you will receive an email with the assigned exam date and time.
It is recommended to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time for the exam, and it is necessary to bring an National ID card.
An interview is conducted with a committee of senior officials to determine the suitability for joining the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The committee evaluates the applicant’s performance according to precise criteria aimed at assessing the extent of his ability to think analytically and contribute to Bahraini diplomacy.

Those who pass all previous stages participate in a 6-month training course (preparations and workshops - languages - practical training in the departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs). Successful completion of the program is required to complete the recruitment process.
