Executive Authority

The Executive Authority is one of the three branches of government in the Kingdom of Bahrain. It collaborates with the legislative and judicial authorities to carry out its responsibilities.

Under the leadership of His Majesty the King, the Executive Authority is exercised by the Cabinet, comprising the Prime Minister and a group of ministers. Together, they hold the executive power and are entrusted with major tasks that serve the interests of the state, including formulating the government's general policy, overseeing its implementation, and ensuring the effective functioning of governmental affairs.
