The Kingdom of Bahrain prioritizes the protection of the rights of all workers, citizens and residents, and regulates the tripartite relation through proper application of laws and regulations approved by the parliament in accordance with the highest international labour standards.
This shall be in line with the Kingdoms' labour market strategic objectives. The ministry will ensure provision of healthy and safe work environment to all workers in the private sector, in addition to initiating training and employment programs for job seekers.
