Kurdistan Region President requested the Foreign Affairs Minister to convey his greetings and appreciation to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, as well as his wishes of abundant health and happiness to HM the King and further progress and prosperity to the kingdom and its people. He also lauded the distinguished status enjoyed by Bahrain at the regional and global levels.
The two sides discussed ways to enhance relations and cooperation between Bahrain and Iraq’s Kurdistan Region in the economic and trade fields to serve common interests.
Regional developments and their repercussions on the security and stability of the region were also reviewed.
