The Director General of Legal Affairs and Human Rights, ambassador Dr. Yusuf Abdulkarim Bucheeri, met with a delegation from the Arab Charter for Human Rights Committee, affiliated with the Arab League. The delegation was headed by Chairman of the Committee, Counselor Jaber Saleh Al Marri, and was attended by the Chief of Human Rights Affairs, ambassador Dr. Arwa Hassan Al-Sayed, and the Director of the Human Rights Department at the League of Arab States, Mr. Munir Al-Fassi.
They reviewed Bahrain's human rights achievements, National Plan for 2022-2026 projects, Human Rights Roadmap project, and preparations for the Arab Human Rights Committee's second periodic review of its report.
